Happy New Year !


Well we are already ten days into the new year !! The gyms are getting busier as new years resolutions are made. There is something about January that motivates people to lose weight and kick those bad habits ! Let us not forget to keep these resolutions all year to stay healthy and fit .
I have started to clean up my diet, bump up the cardio and bring the intensity up in my training. I plan on competing in the may shows which is just around the corner, so there is no time for slacking ! Plus I really want my abs back!( I think I will post a picture to remind me what those look like !!! )

One last thing I just wanted to say congratulations to all the lovely ladies that got a invite to the Arnold Classic !!
